OUR CLASSES

Our Pilates equipment classes are mixed level. These classes could use a variety of different equipment: reformer, wunda chair, mat, and/or the tower.

Our beginner classes introduce foundational exercises and movement in a supportive, small group environment. These classes are perfect for beginners or those who would like a refresher on the foundations.

Pilates chair classes will use the chair as the main piece of equipment. These classes are excellent for building strength and balance.

Our Tower classes are mixed level and focus on building strength, control, and spinal mobility using the Pilates Tower. This class is recommended for students who have taken multiple Pilates equipment classes and feel comfortable working on Pilates apparatus, as it requires greater safety awareness.
This class is not suitable for beginners.
